The organisation and staging of the "voestalpine-employees-day 09 Linz" stands representative for our ardent efforts for success even in dire straits. As the event took place during the heydays of the latest financial crisis we had to establish a delicate balance of entertainment and frugality. Although most of the employees then were confronted with reduced working hours we managed to create a sense of motivation, confidence and togetherness.
